all i can do is ring the asx and inform them of the lateness or lack of a progress report and ask they look into it, as a shareholder youre within youre rights to do that.
Ive done it many times when i feel a company has just neglected to keep its shareholders updated mostly through laziness or not considering it market sensitive ( if there is a delay i feel thats market sensitive and we should be kept informed)
Um quite a few times ive noticed companies i complain about have gotten speeding tickets with a few days most of the time nothing happens. Just give em a ring they make the call as the market regulator.
Better than doing nothing and having no updates.
