No. It's not a breakout just yet. However there was a nice bounce of the 61.8% Fib level.
Below are three charts for stocks I follow and all exhibit this same bounce off the 61.8% retracement point. Smallcaps tends to bounce of this point frequently, whereas larger caps, being generally less volatile, will retrace 50% of any given leg up.
