because most of the focus is on zinc and copper in the resource market. Until verifiable production outputs are showing, the stock won't move. water pipeline for the facility is still under construction. However, the word from some of the people close to the project are saying to hold stock firm because they have the real deal to be a $2.50 stock by end of 07.
