You say if they were smart they wouldnt have taken the placement. Well I don't agree. Anyone who wants a substantial holding would be much better trying to get stock in a placement rather than on market. Trying to get large amounts on-market just pushes the price up. If I wanted to buy 1mill shares right now, it would be very difficult without substantially pushing the price up (especially in this tightly held stock - very few free tradeable shares around).
