usually the ones that get priority on the stock offer are the ones that were in the top 20 during the grass root stages for mak
i.e. people that were in the top 20 would most have likely been given priority over every other numbnut sophisticated investor. why? because they supported the stock from the early stages... giving them priority is like returning the favour.
and yes thats how it works in the world of broking lol, i see it all the time.
hence, the people taking up the placement are not necessarily stupid and may be in your genius category buddy.
