With the dry season starting and the reduction in ebola case numbers in the province I am sure that the coy will be considering a return and will have parameters for each stage of that return tied in with new case numbers, accessibility to Liberia, medivac etc.

That said, if they start getting the team together now it would take a few months I think so your guess of March is a good one for drilling to resume, but all we can do at the moment is speculate.
