well I called Zinifex the other day.

One thing they told me, which is undoubtedly mentioned in the fine print, but none of their letters or announcements draw attention to it, is that anyone accepting their offer will, if the increase it later, also get the extra.

I don't know why they don't draw more attention this, it would certainly increase my propensity to accept their offer.
