The company IS growing though, revenues and more importantly earnings continue to grow.
Maybe the better question is what would it take to convince the market that growth will continue? As there still seems to be a belief that it will not due to the China birth rate and other factors.
Many of us on here have been advocating for diversification and new products/markets for much of those three years in which the stock has moved sideways. Any meaningful developments on that front, particularly USA sales and progress with different i.e. senior China demographics, would help shift perceptions IMO.
Better news on the birth rate front or daigou activity would obviously have an impact too, but the difference is that these are things mostly beyond the company's control, and also don't appear to be changing radically anytime soon.
