I agree with you.
Just to add, from my experience, the ASX only issues "speeding tickets" i.e. if the SP falls 20% they don't give a toss.
I always expect good governance from all of the companies that I invest in. However, on the ASX, and particularly with CNJ, I will not be holding my breath.
