I already explained the situation with regard to EDE.
If, however, you are referring to "unless there was a leak?", it is not uncommon (on the ASX) that insiders get wind of assay results before they are announced. This would also very much explain today's sell-off.
With regard to funding, IMHO, CNJ had serious budget over runs at East Greenland (of at least A$1 million!). This money is now sorely missing. Therefore, a CR will be needed soon whatever happens.
If CNJ hit something extraordinary at the MTJV, the only thing that changes will be the issue price and therefore the number of shares that will need to be issued (the higher the SP, the less the number of shares that will have to be issued).
