If the suspension is 100% to do with the outcome of the arbitration, the mostly likely scenario is:
1) Trading will resume upon conclusion of the arbitration who ever win or draw
2) Then back to suspension again upon "APPEAL" by either party, the probability of an APPEAL is almost 100%
