With regards to the Nucleonics case to the US Supreme Court, Benitec have indicated that they intend to file an opposition brief by the 01 February 2008. They believe that denial of the petition is appropriate and indeed inevitable with stats strongly in there favour 98.6% of cases indicating a favourable outcome likely for BLT. So let's assume it's filed by the 01 February, then I would suspect that we will hear back 2-3 weeks later? Confirmation that the Supreme Court will not hear the case is the big news eagerly awaited, and will finally put this to bed. The share price will react accordingly.
