Definately one of the most interesting charts I have seen.

$0.09 to $0.30 and back to $0.09 over a large number of day on low volume.

My guess is the market turmoil caused some forced sales by a holder to raise cash.

Technically I think once we know the seller has gone which may take more days then one would expect a spike.
