After 40 years working as an engineer, you do learn to respect doctrine. One piece of doctrine is: don't start building til you have done your due diligence or it will cost you money and time and btw time is also money. No project finishes faster than one that has been planned and risked managed first. Another is the time to influence the overall value is 80 percent before you start to build/mine.
As an investor here though no 40 years and total novice.

As a long term holder and thanks to my brother in law one of the 2.7 cents buyers. We are all impatient but this bloke respects efforts being made to plan and de- risk to max 'our' benefit.
It is pretty obvious the support to secure Government approval has approached the piper. We needed them and we will need them again. please manage that risk.
Looks like we have a long term thinking approach that has secured more opportunity.
