Just after the start of trade on Monday they announce a "major breakthrough in immunology research. With the immediate impact of pushing NAL shares up to 80c.
At first, the placement being made at the current market price seemed a bit odd, but in hindsight think it is fair to assume the new investors had a bit of inside info?
