Looks like you've fallen into the same trap as many others with your profit projection. Using GROSS margin to calculate NET profit. I expect if the $370m sales target is reached, once overheads, ongoing product development costs and tax (which I think will be around 35% of profit assuming the company will be taxed in the US) are deducted, NET profit would be closer to $100m.

Also I expect some of the news that has been coming out recently was already factored into the September 3 projections, therefore I am not sure I would call them outdated.
