when did the talks start

I have been a "YES" man, but what irks me is that this article says this started almost 6 months before it was announced and we were kept in the dark. This type of thing "looking for a cornerstone investor" is in my mind, market sensitive information and they certainly didn't tell me, did they tell you!!!!

When did they do an Annual Review? April? I didn't see one.....

Couldn't fund the planned development!!!! Thanks for telling us all...
