no they were playing pass the parcel...similar to musical chairs....they sold off their junk bonds/debt to others...they consider themselves the biggest and the best in the world.....
its called KARMA....and why blame the US.....the banks worldwide played similar games....they were using a new tactic/ methology, none of them understood anyway....
backfired on them....
