Not all flow tests are recorded.
But the amount of gas flared or produced is.
I reckon I can get my BBQ to produce 1.5 MMcf/day too but the flow test on my 9kg gas bottle would only last 10 minutes.
The well did produce 3.4 mmcf over 31 Days back in Jan 2009.
That is the best it has ever done.
In theory it could have produced 375 mcf in 6 hours and then 3125 mcf over the next 30.75 days...
Yes then it is possible to claim 1.5 mmcf/day if this happenned but you can see how unlikely this is given the production history, and probably about as useful as the 1P reserves in my BBQ
