what r the pros and cons here? im fairly new to this and haven’t invested in an ipo before. I have read the prospectus and there seem to be some growth drivers and an income stream at face value. I like the idea of the online platform / marketplace. I'm having trouble with valuation because of the various pieces of the puzzle, how they fit together. Maybe a good question here is what do people know about the various parts of the group that are coming together? are they well managed? what are the risks here that are not very obvious on first read of the prospectus?
