Not a big issue with directors lightening up & possibly diversfying - everyone's age & personal circumstances are different.
Besides these guys are just miners - they don't need to have a clue about where silver is going (v's us silver bugs).
The best thing they can do is just mow the lawns & weed the gardens & leave the silver where it is.
Cause when silver does eventually take off MMN will get taken out anyway (payday for the believers).
Meanwhile my advice is to load up the MMNO's - long dated & extremely good value leveraged play !!
