Answer I believe is 15.2.03, but trading commences 17.2.03
When the rights issue closes 14.2.03. then rights are no longer an issue.
ANL are trading including the rights offer.
ANLR were the rights issue which ceased trading 7.2.03
ANLN are trading 'ex offer' meaning no rights attached.
So when rights issue ceases, then ANLN reverts to ANL.
I understand if the bid is successful, known by 8.00pm Thursday 13th, option to take up the bidders offer to sell rights is open till 12.00pm that night. Bidders offer of .12 per share and 1 cent per 14 rights each share= .26 per ANL. Now trading at .10 cents ???
Usually shares trade at the bidders price. ANLN trading at .06 and offer of .12 to sell to bidder.
All information above is available from company announcements on the web sites..
I would be interested to hear others views on the difference in prices.
If bidder is successful you have until 5th March (I think ) to sell shares at 12cents.
I am taking a punt on ANLN, believe it is too late to organise documents required on the ANL to take up the offer.
