Fzanc, thank you. What you said made sense. However, Mongoose can buy the ANLN's at .06 now instead of paying the .12cents for ANL. to make up the 51% they require. I think they are buying the rights paying .01 cent so as to make sure the rights are not taken up,and therefor shares are not diluted. I think this is the answer.
On that assumption, the ANLN should still be worth .12 cents or thereabouts. This one appears to be harder to work out then the usual takeover offers. Do your own research, do not rely of my understanding. Your thoughts on this subject appreciated.
