Zzup28, We still have few more weeks before distribution day, so i think we have plenty of time to discuss some boring topics.LOL Your comment reminds me of an article i ve read few months ago on the "intelligent investor" in relation to NTA. The article was discussing why NTA is dead, and that it should not be used as a barometer of the financial health of a company. The article explained how NTA is calculated and the flaws/mistakes in the process. According to the article, those who still pay too much attention to the NTA have not learned anything from the GFC. Personally, i still use NTA as one of seven criterias to evaluate a REIT: Debt ratio (gearing), cap rate, quality of assets, Management style, Distribution yield, Occupancy rate and NTA. However, this evaluation is for me ONLY (subjective) and the market might/might not agree with it. If the market disagree with my evalution, then my evalution has to be useless/wrong as its the PRICE that we ALL use when we buy/sell a share, not our evalution.
