you said that there is a competitive technology in the industry and therefore they will begin the resignation.
what stops them to invest in this new technology or compete in the market with the money that they already have?
just like AfterPay and other BNPL, they were great until paypal comes and say: hey, I am investing in the BNPL too, now the millions of clients we already have will be able to buy now and pay later.
then you see Afterpay and all the others begin to fall. haha. People sometimes do not think about the competitors that are already in the market, they already have the clients, money and infra-structure, they just need call a meeting and decide which way to go.
