I can imagine another scanario were Hanlong were never involved, and it doesn't equate to share price destruction. Hanlong could be the blocker to getting a suitor that may be prepared to pay a fair value for Sundance's resource.

Imagine if people believed in Hanlong and thought they were a company that had integrity and business prowess ..... then the share price wouldn't be trading 37% below the bid price with one week to the deal supposedly going through!
