    Nice post baukaw, don't expect any of it to sink in though. I've been trying to convey those thoughts for 12-18 months but people still seem genuinely confused about why no JV/off-take has ever been entered into.

    IMO SDL would have been very close to a JV with Wuhan (or a similar SOE), but this all changed after the plane crash.
