While I agree with 90% of what you write ,
I don't think a public airing of dirty laundry,so to speak, would be helpfull and in best interests of the owners.

That is why big business move on those that are not getting the job done with no discussion of were they failed ,usually. Get the right people for the job and get the objective met.

That's the Boards responsibility.

Failure to do so, IMO, is failure to show due care and attention to the owners assets.
