Do you not read the documentation you are sent before signing and accepting? The Bidders statement which you would have received has that information clearly spelled out.
Page 14 "If you accept the Offer, and the Offer becomes unconditional, Consideration Shares will be issued to you on or before the earlier of one month after the offer becoming unconditional or 21 days after the end of the Offer Period."
Since the Offer closes 27 Feb that would imply 20 March (3 weeks). The offer was unconditional on 20 February, so 4 weeks after that is also 20 March.
So expect your shares no laater than 20 March.
