hey sb only issue is what do you mean as "late" - if they had specified a time and not met it - thats late.
In this case all labs in Australia are f@@king slow at the moment - so nothing is late just "will happen when it happens".
Also delay could also mean "excellent" results requring a re-test so that all backsides are covered !!!
