Dont know the technicals behind Fletcher's mechanical issues at C#1, was b4 they got t/o'd by Shell. However, the low POO of oil did make it easy for them to walk away frm it. Fast fwd to year 2000, Fletcher Energy were t/o by Shell. Not sure if they drilled any more wells in the P'ines after that. However, thats in the past.
Dont have a crystal ball on a TH, as such.
If its good news then the SP will rally, if not then expect the opposite. All abt risk vs reward, hope they get it right. Has been a long time coming. Should give them 5 outa 5 (G3, G4, T1 & Y1).
The Nido Lst is a clear marker on the seismics, so I dont know if the '70m deeper then prognosed' theory will apply there. NLst should b easy to pick & correlate with the nearby M'paya field.
We just have to wait & see what happens in the nxt 10 days.
