IMO right now, would be the worst possible time to sell!!! It is tax sell time in AUS, so you are selling at the lows, during a period of minimal news flow. You are asking to get screwed over financially by doing so IMO. Unless you seriously need to offset gains elsewhere, then you would not dream of selling stocks like DRE now IMO.

There have been some good articles lately about the commencement of the commodities super cycle. DRE and many other junior resource companies on the ASX have had a tough 5-6 years, apart from those who have hit large, marketable discoveries which the market has swarmed to. DEG, PDI, WA1 are a few which come to mind.

It has also been difficult for junior companies to raise cash with risk increasing in the banking sector globally, and their attention and lending going to sectors performing well. During this lack of interest in commodities compared to history, you also have the added pressure of crypto taking liquidity away, booming tech era with AI, robotics etc., and a property market in many western countries which has spiraled out of control to a point where only the elites can afford it, without being financially dependent on the government/banks for 25+ years. You also have defense and pharma sectors going nuts with multiple global wars and pandemics. If you look at the charts of any of the industries above, it is absolutely crazy, but it cannot last forever. By all accounts this is about to change in a big way, with sell offs in these sectors and that money will be transitioning to safety in commodities, particularly precious metals such as gold, silver etc. and REE's with the escalating geopolitical & trade issues pushing REE prices up.

It has been a very difficult time for stocks like DRE in recent years but if you understand what is taking place globally and the shifting paradigms then IMO, you would be buying at these lows like I am personally. What a great time to snag some bargains while there is little news flow, and the last 2-3 weeks of tax sell time. Then hold out and watch the inevitable gains IMO.
