The change is 4.5c (currently) not 9c and never went further than 5.5c! The close yesterday was 25.5c - what you are referring to is the peak yesterday - which was 29c.
You also have to remember today is a red DOW day - like it or not the sp will be affected by sentiment. Yesterday was unusual in that it was a 300+ green day for the DOW and RAU benefited from that.
What we are seeing today could be expected given the rises of the past 2 weeks and the down DOW. However, in fact RAU has already rebounded from a low of 20c to 21c and there is every chance that we have seen the worst of it today.
Probably reasonable to accumulate if you can(?) as I don't see the volume getting a lot bigger today - too many RAU holders bought in at higher prices and for the rest of us, well, we are generally a patient mob...
