Nothings changed fundamentally but you'd have to have some sort of doubts when the deal was supposed to take the stock to $2+ when it was $1.50, instead a month and a half later its 50c.

I don't know what it is, but whatever it is, Im sure it'll come out in the wash sooner or later.
