Its not incorrect as it was never stated as being correct. It addresses a hypothetical scenario with a hypothetical solution. I have stated it because the current situation is not tenable - it cannot continue.
The current option structure is as you have stated. And that is the problem. The thinking around the option and how they monetise or extract value from it has changed. There is a fundamental problem: ORD cannot exercise the option (its not feasible), but GRAM wants exercise. This is the 'feeling' I am getting as GRAM has its own plans for CCD.
