    On 1st December:
    "OZ Minerals expects to seek re-instatement to normal trading by 29 December 2008, subject to it completing its refinancing obligations."

    This sounds different than resuming after a trading halt. Perhaps they have all day to "seek re-instatement" and clearly the haven't "completed refinancing obligations".
