Yep looks like a very similar situation. I am not a holder of MGC any longer so I don't believe (please if this is not the case let me know and I absolutely will get the ball rolling) I can get onto ASX's case about issuing one of these types of queries to MGC.
But I would very much think it is warranted due to the clear lack of continuous disclosure on MGC's part. If anyone here would happen to contact the ASX, I would support their decision 100%.
