Don't hold your breath for gold. They've been saying they'll be signing and agreement soon for over a year. It just isn't looking like it will happen. India all over again....corruption sucks !
Just sit tight and ride the roller coaster. The plant WILL eventually be finished and the testing WILL eventually happen. It just seems like this year is going slower than normal.......but don't worry, it'll speed up now that summer has arrived........it'll be test results and cold weather before you know it :-)
