Thanks for the reply guys. From the link suti1 provided, Etrade says:
From 25 November 2014 you will be able to view your allocation by going to the Medibank Private Share Offer website and entering your ARN.
However the Medibank Private share offer website at https://www.medibankprivateshareoffer.com.au/residency/ only says it is closed. It does not say anywhere that I can check my allocation. If anyone was able to find their allocation on that website please post link here. Thanks.
