when does the suspension end, page-25

The Dow is up 500+pts on close, cnn has it at +591, marketwatch has it at +574 but as long as it is green and north of 500pts it is all good.

All we need is one more green night on the DOW to the tune of 350+pts and the announcement to be released Tuesday and we are off to the races.

I'm tipping the DOW will recover to be around 10,000 pts by late October / early November, might be a bit rocky this week but lets see how it goes.
