I'd like to see Mr Goh take an appropriate pay cut and dip his hands into his own pocket to underpin this capital raising. If he doesn't (and he won't), then this company is toast along with his previous venture, Sanford Securities. ASIC bans bankrupts from being company directors for good reason. I'd prefer lifetime bans, save good people from waisting good money.
