Yes, I know what you are getting at (though am not as concerned about share price) but I do not believe investors will delay a buy, only traders.
I realise there is a thin line between the two animals (investors/traders) at times but people I know are buying at these levels, for all the opportunities you mention. To an investor, 3 months is nothing. To a trader it's several careers
