if you put $100k into options at 6c there are worth nothing at share price 3c
you must get more hard cash to buy shares at that point
now, if you had shares a 6c and they are now 3c and you hold them it is on paper
big thing got company is that can avoid or reduce issue of new shares at 3c by suffocating options
only new shares can be dilutive
