Chances of The ASX admitting they are wrong without a battle are slim.
if they have the MUS response to the suspension and it indicates a TH was requested then im sure that ASX are going through it with legal..
This suspension might be on for a while..i dont believe there is a limit to how long a suspension can last..happy to be corrected.
Still doesnt stop MUS from posting the results. I know that announcements can still be posted during Suspension. it happened all the time with MNS.
Also we shouldnt discount that the ASX were encouraged to suspend the stock at the behest of a broking firm they have greater intro to the ASX than we small fry.
