I agree. MUS should have had someone on duty to ensure that the TH request had been received and actioned (assuming they sent one in).

I would be far more concerned if a TH request was not sent than if the ASX just messed up. If no TH had been requested I would sell out in an instant. I am very interest to know the truth of what happened.
