for nkarp........cause he is loose upstairs and needs help. the housing market is 12 months away from a serious decline. this could be exacerbated by, interest rate hikes, liquidation of profitable assets to cover losses elsewhere, crushing fall in consumer sentiment. the DOW will hit a Grand Super Cycle low within 8 months. these declines will be cascading declines as negativity grows exponetionally. banks will suffer dearly for what is about to unfold and 50% losses from current levels could be expected. if you are not sitting on the sidelines, you should be, especially since you are a newbie to this business.
