I'm convinced this is one of the best value miners on the exchange right now... Too bad about LME Ni stocks still climbing.

IGO has turned around, sentiment/chart over there looks good, but I think I like PANs entire package more. PANs chart is still weak, but the massive buying off the lows yesterday (Highest Volume since Oct-08) indicates to me that many investors are watching this one and want a piece.

I'll average in from here.
