It is good that we have completed Galoc II successfully and Otto can be a proud operator of putting plans to Production in a near-perfect way. But I doubt we will break through 10c in short term if we do not have any +ve outcome in SC55.
I hope Otto can find a partner to farm-out SC55 with a very good financial background and solid deep water drilling knowledge. Otto have not worked on any ultra deep water drilling and any player with good experience on it will turn to be very useful.
If SC55 is sorted out with DOE and new partner can be found, all LT holders will be rewarded heavily. If SC55 turns out negative, expect SP not to cross 10c for a long time from now (Duhat, Tanzania, Galoc north are not happening anytime soon IMO, at least 8-10 months away).
