note that i was talking about other companies in the past, i have not seen anything about ARU recently in the afr.
example AMA called trading halt on morning 09 Oct 2007, the afr already published earlier that morning carried 'rumour' of a capital raising correctly specifying the broker and the price of the raising. i dont have a copy to quote directly but i know this was the case as i quoted afr at the time on the AMA thread soon after the halt was called.
besides possessing the knowledge is not a problem only trading on it which clearly no-one can given the halt.
