    your reasoning is OK but shortsighted. Centro is not undervalued but rather savagely mauled by investors.
    If you wait for the REIT valuation you will find a predicted 5% downturn factored in. Centro is certainly high risk but a calculated one .
    You see the upside is far greater than the overall market should things turn around and they will if you have an insight into the history of the sharemarket since its inception. People with little patience will loose in the sharemarket. Our views today of next year are static. The reality may be different becasue we are dynamic and reactionaries. I hold CNP for two reasons.
    One: The upside in terms of capital return is great despite the risk.
    Two : You are investing in a company that has a good working model with plenty of assets. Everyone recognises this fact including the banks .
